Log in to your Alfa Hosting control panel, click your server, and select "Change Root Password." For VPS, the password is applied immediately. Alternatively, use our VNC console to access and reset via the terminal.
Go to your client portal → Services → select your service → click "Upgrade/Downgrade." For web hosting, changes take effect immediately. For VPS, a brief restart is required.
First try to access the server via our VNC/IPMI console in the control panel. If the server is unresponsive at the OS level, initiate a hard reboot from the panel. If the issue persists, call our 24/7 hotline.
