Please read carefully. By creating an account or using any Alfa Hosting service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you") and Alfa Hosting LLC ("Alfa Hosting", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in New York, USA. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, websites, APIs, and software provided by Alfa Hosting.
By registering for an account, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Alfa Hosting provides the following services, subject to availability and these Terms:
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice. We will notify active customers of material changes at least 30 days in advance where technically possible.
You must register an account to use our services. You agree to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, are inactive for over 12 months with no associated active services, or violate these Terms.
Services are billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Payment is due in advance. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as listed in the client portal.
All services renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You will receive a renewal reminder 7 days before the charge. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time from your client portal.
Unpaid invoices result in service suspension after 5 days and termination after 15 days. Terminated services and associated data may be permanently deleted. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from non-payment.
Web hosting plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of first purchase. VPS, dedicated, enterprise, and storage server plans are non-refundable after provisioning. Setup fees and domain registration fees are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted via the client portal or to sales@alfa-hosting.com.
We reserve the right to modify pricing. Existing customers will receive at least 30 days' notice before any price increase takes effect.
You may use our services only for lawful purposes. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
Violations may result in immediate service suspension without refund. We will cooperate with law enforcement investigations where legally required.
We guarantee 99.99% network uptime per calendar month for dedicated and VPS services, as measured at our network edge. Scheduled maintenance windows (communicated at least 48 hours in advance) are excluded from uptime calculations.
In the event of an uptime failure, you may request service credits as follows:
Credits must be requested within 30 days of the incident and do not exceed the monthly service fee. Credits are the sole remedy for uptime failures and do not apply to issues caused by customer actions, third-party services, or force majeure events.
All content, software, trademarks, and technology on alfa-hosting.com are owned by or licensed to Alfa Hosting and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute our content without written permission.
You retain all rights to content you upload to our infrastructure. By using our services, you grant us a limited licence to host and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the contracted services.
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alfa Hosting shall not be liable for:
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Alfa Hosting in the 3 months immediately preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Alfa Hosting, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate services at any time. You may cancel your services through the client portal. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or if required by law.
Upon termination, your access to services will cease and data stored on terminated services will be permanently deleted after 15 days. We strongly recommend maintaining regular off-site backups of all data.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
